CEISMC Summer P.E.A.K.S. (Programs for Enrichment and Accelerated Knowledge in STEAM) are one to two-week long experiences designed to increase Science, Technology, Engineering, Art, and Mathematics (STEAM) knowledge through various educational activities. Summer P.E.A.K.S. give rising 2nd-12th grade students the chance to enhance learning during the summer in experiential activities on campus at Georgia Tech.
On-Campus Summer Programs Overview
Every week-long program is uniquely themed to provide a full summer of STEM/STEAM fun and learning for everyone. Additionally, all programs now include a meaningful take-home component so that participants can continue to expand their STEM/STEAM knowledge long after the week is over!
See all the descriptions for programs listed below. All programs will be located at the Georgia Tech Atlanta Campus. Each day will run from 9:00 AM - 3:00 PM. We will also have weekly extended care from 3:15 PM to 6:00 PM for an additional cost.
You will see below that some programs are available for multiple age groups. For these programs, all projects and activities will be modified so that they are grade-level appropriate. Additionally, in all programs students will be grouped according to the following grade bands:
- Rising 2nd – 3rd graders
- Rising 4th - 5th graders
