We are pleased to share the Expanded Learning Programs Strategic Plan, which reflects our shared vision for the next three years; January 2026 through December 2028. This plan is thoughtfully aligned with Georgia Tech’s Strategic Plan, the College of Lifetime Learning’s Strategy 2035, and CEISMC’s mission, vision, and goals.
Guided by this alignment, our strategic priorities center on four interconnected goals that advance our vision to lead innovation in STEAM out-of-school learning (OSL) research and practice:
Goal One: Empowering People, Elevating Teams
Strengthen individual capacity and enhance team effectiveness by providing the tools, support, and professional development opportunities needed for people to perform at their highest potential.
